Located on the corner of 25th Street and Van Buren, the Kappa Delta house is in the heart of Greek row, just two blocks from the OSU campus.

The original building was built in 1938, with the front door facing Van Buren Street. An addition was added in the late 1950's with a new front door facing 25th Street.

The building features an interior outdoor courtyard, two living rooms, formal dining room, study areas, craft room, new member room, laundry facilities, off street parking, mini-kitchen and two TV rooms.

Our resident advisors, Brett & Hannah Pynn live on-site and are available 24 hrs should members need assistance.
